The Last Shot (2004)

A man is getting the finances ready to produce a film, but in reality the CIA is using him to act out a sting operation. It's more sensible than it sounds, and the scenes towards the end where they are shooting an Arizona cowboy film in Rhode Island are quite well done.

In the early stages of the film he is hawking round Hollywood trying to get support; the sequence is interspersed with various street scenes, mostly to show how weird Hollywood is. Here Willam Belli, credited as "Bus Stop Drag Queen", is seen very briefly.
