Ladies' Tailor (1967)

Here is the Gulbadan
A man works as a tailor of ladies' clothing, which lets him get up close to them to do the measurements, although none of the measurements he takes seem to have much to do with the style of clothes he makes for them.

A little way into the film, this crossdressed man is introduced as the "Gulbadan" -- a reference to the Moghul chronicler.
