Spanish director Pedro Almodóvar presents another funny, twisted slice of life with an all out attack on Spanish decency as a gay Madridian and his transsexual sister Tina (Carmen Mauro, left) get into all kinds of bizarre relationships as they look for the men of their dreams.
Tina enters her old (boys') school and finds the priest playing the organ; she sings the hymn:
"As a child I used to be a choir soloist; it's the only thing I miss from those days"
"You remind me of an old pupil of mine: he sang in the choir too"
"Father Constantino, it's me"
"You?"
Bibi Andersen plays Ada the mother.
The Spanish title is La Ley del Deseo.
