Die Konsequenz (1977, West Germany)

Jürgen Prochnow plays Martin Kurath, in prison in Germany. He falls in love with the pretty son of the prison governor, and the consequences are not happy for him.

The relationship is strengthened in the early stages of the plot in a play performed in the prison, when the boy plays the groom and Kurath plays the bride.
