Killer's Moon (1978, UK)

Trying to distract the bad men An eccentric British attempt to cash in on the slasher-flick genre, with obvious references to A Clockwork Orange and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Four homicidal mental patients escape from an asylum fuelled by LSD, and they think they are acting out a dream. When a coach-load of schoolgirls have to sleep unexpectedly in a remote house after their coach breaks down, the sex and violence can start. A heroic young man is helping the girls to try to escape safely, and very briefly he puts on one of their long nightdresses and a wig to lure one of the bad men away. It is seen only indistinctly.
