Kids in the Hall: Brain Candy (1996, Canada)

In the early 1990's , there was a comedy series on Canadian television called Kids in the Hall. Two years after the series ended, they released a feature film, on the format of a series of sketches linked into a storyline: a fantasy pharmaceutical company releases a new drug before the testing is fully complete.

The male performers play most of the parts, including the female ones.

Bruce McCullogh, Kevin McDonald, Mark McKinney and Scott Thompson (left in pic) do so, but I think Dave Foley doesn't actually play a female part; apparently he had got fed up with the drag roles in the series itself and refused.
