Jabberwocky (1977))

Monty Python humour about a young man, Dennis Cooper (Michael Palin) who leaves his village to find work in a town.

The town has a king and his daughter is attended by the Sisters of Misery, one of whom is played by Gorden Kaye; later Dennis has to escape and he is told by the princess to change clothes with Sister Jessica to escape in disguise. Naturally Jessica is the sister played by Gorden Kaye.

As in Erik the Viking, one of the male characters has a mundane female name for no apparent reason; the Squire is called Ethel.
