The nerdy Tommy Collins (Pauly Shore) is out of money and out of work. At the beginning of the film we see him trying a spell as a male stripper; but his gross performance repels the hen party audience, and they all leave. Except one rather buxom girl, who beckons him over to her; but when she speaks she has a deep bass voice. Good cleavage though.
He lives with his mother in a trailer; a little later we also briefly see some neighbours; one of them looks a bit dubious to me, too.
Then Collins hits on a scheme; if he can get on the jury in a long trial, he'll get free accommodation and a small cash allowance.
He becomes rather obsessed with the details of the case and he dresses, not particularly convincingly, so as to arrange an illicit visit to the accused in jail.
