Junior (1995)

Arnold Schwarzenegger has a fertilised human egg implanted in his abdomen by an unscrupulous obstetrician, and goes through with the pregnancy. As he gets bigger, he has to buy new, larger clothes.

Eventually he goes to a maternity home, where he is introduced as Alexandra. He explains that he was in the East German athletics team, where the administration of steroids resulted in his present appearance. He gets involved in various group activities with the other women.

The actual birth is done by caesarean section, of course, although the operating theatre scene is rather superficial.
