At Gay Pride Jeffrey is a gay New Yorker and is seriously worried about the risk of AIDS; so much so that he decides to become celibate. He immediately meets the man of his dreams, so he has to decide whether to stick to his new principle or not.

At a gay pride celebration, he encounters this transsexual.
