Jane White is Sick and Twisted (2001)

Dressed as a transvestite
Jane White (Kim Little) does not much else than watch television, and she is an obsessive viewer of a Jerry Springer-type of show hosted by Gerry King (David Lander), whom she has become convinced is really her long-lost father. When it is announced that the theme of next week's show is "I'm a Closet Transvestite Prostitute" she decides that this is her opportunity to get on the show. So she dresses as she imagines a transvestite hooker to dress, including heavy beard stubble.

Two hookers
To get some history behind her, she tries to mingle, and she has an encounter with these two hookers, Candy (Eric Lutes) and Desiree (Andrew Lauer). (They also appear in "deleted scenes" on the dvd, but their appearance there is not very enlightening.)

The drag receptionist
When she finally gets a client -- he protests that he is not gay -- he takes her to a seedy hotel room for the action, and the receptionist there is also in drag: Simone (Dustin Diamond). All three of the transvestite characters are played by actors with a long background in ordinary roles.

After this sequence, the theme of the Gerry King show moves on, and Jane is moved to try to appear again, trying to simulate experience with aliens, and so on. The whole thing is pretty low-level stuff.
