Our hero Hsu Jun (Benny Tsui) is a waterboy; he has a high opinion of his own kung-fu ability, but he isn't quite as skilled as he thought. He falls foul of the local warlord and is to be punished. "Smash his manhood into pulp; chop it into pieces and throw it away!".
This is done, and we next see him dressed as a girl, complete with feminine body language, when he encounters a girl bathing naked in a remote pool. When she is alarmed, he says there is no need to have fear, because he is now like her.
Back in the village, he is recognised; a friendly woman asks him why he is dressed as a woman -- what's the reason, hey? He answers, "I like it -- that's good enough reason for me."
However he realises later that to obtain the revenge he seeks he can't do it as a woman, and must try to regain his former standing as a man. When he asks a wise hermit for help with this, the man says he will try a technique taught to him by his old kung-fu teacher; it seems to be a sort of acupuncture treatment, and amazingly it works.
The image quality of the dvd and the soundtrack are quite poor.
