The film does provide a nice transsexual 'surprise' a la Crying Game: in the opening scene we see a black man getting it on with Reiko (sex movie actress Ayumu Tokito). The camera makes it evident that there is a sizeable bulge in his shorts. Later in the film this scene continues and when Reiko pulls down his drawers we see -surprise- a vagina. Cue audience groan. (The actor, Zachery Nataf, is an actual female to male transsexual.)
Looks like a porn film from these details.
