An under-rated film about a poor Texas couple and their relationship. It's more entertaining than it sounds. The wife is played by Kim Basinger in an early role.
During a scene in which some men are trying to steal a mobile home, a woman from an adjacent trailer comes out to see what is going on. She is credited in the titles as "Snoopy Lady" and is played by the transsexual actress A'leisha Brevard.
