Head Over Heels (2001)

A light comedy about four girls who share an apartment, and their romances. When one of them thinks she has witnessed a murder, they try to get into the man's apartment. They persuade the building supervisor (John Bivens) to lend them the key; he says he will let them have it in exchange for the dress one of them is wearing.

It has to be said it doesn't really suit his figure.

The girl has to wear something, so she is wearing his overall.
