Histoire de Pen (2002, Canada)

A routine survival-of-the-toughest prison film. A young man, Claude, goes to jail for a ten year sentence. It is immediately obvious that the place is run by rival gangs and that physical toughness is the only way to get by.

There is a convincing transsexual inmate, Lucia (Dominic Darceuil).

The film is in French; it is also known as Inside, but there is another film of the same title and year; the other one is a short.
