Heathers (1989)

The priest Set in a nasty high school, the film follows the interplay between Veronica and three girls named Heather. It sets out to be a cult film, but I'm not sure it makes the grade.

It is quoted as being transgender-relevant because a priest wears a dress over his normal clothes in a dream sequence. In fact the dream sequence is played as surreal with everything bizarrely altered; the priest is merely wearing a patterned surplice.
