The third film in the Austin Powers series has even more gross references to bodily functions and so on. There are several transgender references, all of them borderline for one reason or another.
In the preliminary section of the film, Powers is doing a cameo dance routine based on Singin' in the Rain, and for a moment is wearing a pink tulle skirt and knickers over his male clothes. A few moments later during the Britney Spears number, he is wearing a schoolgirl wig.
About a quarter of the way through the film, the heroine Foxxy Cleopatra (with frizzy wig behind, played by Beyoncé Knowles) gets talking to Powers, but does so through a lip-synching male camp character. The little sequence is extremely well done.
When Evil is in Georgia State Prison, there is a rap dancing number, in which he refers to these two Behotches in the song: two prisoners are wearing mophead wigs.
There are two references by Dr Evil much later in the film: in one case he says he hasn't laughed that hard "since I was a little girl". Later his son Scott flounces out, and Evil says "I'd like to point out that no-one else in my gene pool runs like a girl."
Finally in the British dvd version, there are two actual dressing sequences in the deleted scenes section. This is the first one, in which Powers is standing behind a three-foot high mirror; that's the top half of his body and the bottom half of a girl, out of shot to the left. The white line you can see is the top edge of the mirror.
They move around in unison, and then for a moment not in unison. Then someone takes the sheet away and we see that Powers is in fact dressed like that himself.
In the second, Robert Wagner's character and a female version of himself are sitting side by side in the room; we aren't told how this would have fitted in to the action.
