Girls Please! (1934, UK)

Tram poses as the headmistress Sydney Howard plays "Tram" Trampleasure, the gymnastics instructor at a girls' school. When the headmistress abruptly resigns, he finds himself as acting head of the school. But a schools inspector is coming and will not expect to see a man running a girls' school, so there is only one way out: Tram has to dress as a woman.
