Another update on the Faust legend, in which a man sells his soul to the devil in exchange for more immediate pleasures. It is set in modern Spain, where Fausto is a medical man going to a conference. The story is convoluted and boring and has not achieved much critical acclaim.
The titles give four drag queens, all of whom are members of a group called "Stress". I couldn't see them in the film, although there is a fetishy party with a band playing in the background; maybe they were the band (which we don't see distinctly) and got the credit in return for foregoing their performance money.
I don't know what the 5.0 refers to.
