Destiny ahs taken India home
This is a very angry film, from the point of view of gay people who are on the wrong end of prejudice. A young man called India leaves Colorado for Los Angeles, and is making a bare living hustling there. When he is about to be assaulted by some men, he is suddenly rescued by a very tall and flamboyant drag queen called Destiny, played by Allan Louis. Destiny takes India back to her home, where it emerges that a young female to male transsexual is also staying. Destiny gives India some guidance about how to survive, and free lodging for a while. The drama then moves over to India's love life.

From the introductory sequence, I suspect that the director intended to call the film "Fags" but decided not to and regretted his decision. The film comes across as powerful, but there are flaws. There are a lot of implausibilities, especially the well-heeled Destiny's trust in leaving someone she has just met alone in her house. The direction is poor, with long pauses between the lines of dialogue. And the theme seems to be that all straight people are evil -- Destiny has no qualms about trying to burn down a cafe owner's premises.
