The Flower and the Snake (1975, Japan)

The story is about a bankrupt Japanese businessman who unknowingly borrowed money from the Yakuza. Since he can not repay them with cash, they demand that his wife, a famous dancer, be loaned to them to "perform" for the 95 year old boss. However the performance is to take place at an S&M Show referred to as the Colloseum and is frequented by politicians, celebs and intellectuals who are willing to be paying members of the sex club. The ringmaster/MC is a transvestite who makes appearances dressed in a school girl's  uniform with yellow wig. He returns dressed as a ballerina in a white tutu wearing white ear muffs. For his final appearance he is dressed in a nurse's white uniform with greeen wig.

The S&M fantasy was written by Dan Oniroku (b 1931). It is a famous story that has been filmed as 5 previous low budget films. This version has significantly higher production values.

The Japanese title of the film comes over as Hana to Hebi.
