The Fifth Element (1997, France)

At the spaceport terminal
A way-out sci-fi film with a lot of ambiguous costumes and ambiguous characters. The critics didn't like it much, and if you want to enjoy it, you have to approach it as a camp extravaganza rather than a conventional adventure story.

Amid a lot of weird costumes, the transgender overtones aren't all that obvious, but this character, although obviously all female, has a strangely gravelly voice.

Ruby gives voice
And the DJ Ruby Rhod, played by Chris Tucker wears a couple of seriously camp outfits; this trouser suit is one of the more outrageous.
