Satan is still, even in present-day USA, looking for a way to get back into heaven and at one stage he enters the body of a woman policeman.
But this is "possession only" with no real transgender issue.
It's a daft film too ... at the very beginning supposed knights of the crusades are wandering across sand desert terrain ... it was so badly done that I thought I had inadvertently recorded The Life of Brian.
The film is also known as The Minion, and Knight of the Apocalypse. Three titles; often a bad sign.
