The Fallen (1998)

The spirit is passesd on by a hand touch in the street A rather weary cop mystery; a detective is trying to solve a crime, but the spirit of an executed murderer is being passed on from hand to hand and possessing other people of both sexes, making his job rather difficult.

There's no gender role distinction in this and it isn't really transgender at all. In the picture the spirit is being passed on by a simple hand touch between strangers in the street.
