Emergency Call (1952, UK)

A tense, but contrived, tale of the efforts of the police and a doctor to find a matching blood donor for a little girl who will die without it. Several British actors of the era are to be seen.

The film has been reported to have a brief drag scene, but this is an error. There is a short sequence backstage in a variety theatre, but there is no drag or anything of the kind.
