Ernest Saves Christmas (1988)

Ernst disguised as an old woman Jim Varney plays Ernest, a chaotic and loopy, but well-meaning man. Santa Claus is in prison, and Ernest manages to bluff him out of jail. Now he needs another bluff to get his stand-in to take on the role; Ernest does this by playing the role of an old woman with a zimmer frame.

It's pretty awful humour.
