Evaman, la Maquina del Amor (1980, Spain & Italy)

Eva Robins dances around a room while various couples watch. Scientists observe while she has sex with two post-ops and then frolics in the pool before being kidnapped. She is tied up in a barn and about to have a sex-change with an axe, before injecting herself with her super-power ring. She then proceeds to kick everyone's butt before going back to the pool to have sex with the remaining cast.
