Ernest Goes to Africa (1997)

Aunt Nelda appears More Jim Varney claptrap. In a rather confused plot, Ernest is trying to avoid the curse on diamonds that were stolen from an idol in Africa. To rescue his hostage girlfriend, he repeats his Auntie Nelda persona.


Thumbing a lift Later on he seems to have become part of a troupe of harem dancers. A Sheikh selects him, surprisingly, from a dozen or so better looking girls, and has amorous designs. Varney escapes and, still in a sort of costume, successfully thumbs a lift.
