Den Brother (2010)
A Disney film; a group of girls are members of the "Bumble Bees,", a sort of junior version of the Guides. They don't have a leader, called a Den Mother, so they persuade a young man to dress up in the role. It's a fairly grotesque and squeaky-voiced image.
