deranged Real life story of Ed Gein, who couldn't live without his mother when she died, so he dug her up; he sits around with the bodies of other female victims wearing their clothes, and wearing a mask made out of their skin.

I'm not sure if this really counts as transgender if you wear their skin as well ...
