Deep Red (1994)

The morph in transition Sci-fi morphing film, with overtones (at first) of The Big Sleep. Too much suspension of disbelief is needed for my taste though. Towards the end there's a morph by Dr Newmeyer into several other characters in quick succession, including Mrs Rickman. The hair and the clothes change too.

The morphing is quite well done, but it's only computer trickery. Here the morph is from a black man with a moustache into the woman.
