Darkness Falls (2003)

Stock scary movie stuff, in which an ancient curse comes back to haunt modern-day people. In this case, the Tooth Fairy will get you if you're not careful. Although this is rated as possibly transgender on some databases, because the male actor Antony Burrows plays the part of the tooth fairy, the character is only seen very obscurely and there is no particular gender signifier.
