The Case of the Velvet Claws (1936)

This is a very weak adaptation of a Perry Mason story, filmed long before Raymond Burr made the role his own. The Internet Movie Database gives "crossdresser" as a key word, but without supporting information. There is nothing whatever to suggest this in the book by Erle Stanley Gardner on which the film is based, and the reference may be an error.
