An interesting, although over-long film detailing the career of a young man who conned vast amounts of money from banks and others, and also posed unsuccessfully as an airline pilot, a doctor and a lawyer. Much of the film follows the interplay between him and a police agent who has made it a mission to catch him.
About 45 minutes into the film, three police agents are travelling in a car. One is telling the story of an operation he was on ...
"So I'd got on this red dress and these high heels, right ... I'd got on a bra like ... out here, ok, and I'm chasing these two Puerto Rican guys through the park. They'd got a suitcase filled with bank robbery loot. OK, and I'm screaming out 'FBI Freeze!' and I'm reaching for my gun but I can't find it in the bra, it's so damn big, I thought I was going to shoot my tits off!"
