Carry On Dick (1974, UK)

Bresslaw in frilly drawers
The title refers to Dick Turpin, the English highwayman of the 16th century, but of course it makes for lots of suggestive jokes too. Don't expect too much historical accuracy.

The highway robbers are in the habit of stripping their victims before allowing them to continue their journey; and wouldn't you know it, the only available clothing for Bernard Bresslaw at journey's end is a pair of frilly drawers.

Barbara Windsor plays a man
The vivacious and entirely feminine Barbara Windsor appears in a male role for part of the film, rather confusingly.

Fooling the guards
But the drag climax is when Sid James and Peter Butterworth drag up to use their seductive charms to dupe the prison guards.
