Call Her Savage (1932)

The waitresses
Clara Bow plays a tough Texan woman, and this is a good chance to appreciate her beauty -- and in a sound film too.

The plot is rather odd, and we lurch from one scenario to another quite abruptly, but as an indication of what films could portray before the dead hand of the "code" (of film morality) took over, this is quite fascinating.

Latish in the film, we go to a rough cellar restaurant. Maybe it is rough, but it has a very camp cabaret with these two men playing frankly pansy waitresses, briefly.
