Barcelona -- un mapa (2007, Spain)

Cover of the dvd An elderly couple, Rosa (Núria Espert) and Ramon (Josep Maria Pou) want their tenants to move out of the house they own, because Ramon is dying of cancer. There are four sets of tenants and the film involves slightly surreal episodes with each of them.

However the twist is that at the end of the film, Rosa and Ramon dress as the opposite sex.
