Black Angel vol 2 (1999, Japan)

Mayo, played by Yuki Amami, is the Black Angel, and she works as an assassin, with a contract to kill a powerful Yakuza gang chief. When she gets injured, she is sleeping at home and awakes to find a strange woman dressing her wounds. She draws a gun, but the stranger is not alarmed, and reveals herself to be Mayo's own gang boss Mama (played by Shingo Tsurumi in drag).

The film's original title is Kuro no tenshi vol 2.
