Basket Case (1982)

An interesting low budget film about a man who was born as a Siamese twin; the other twin was surgically removed but survived, and he carries it around in a wicker basket with him. He goes to New York to get revenge on the surgeons who botched up the operation.

It has been reported that drag queens are visible in a background shot in Times Square, but I couldn't see them. These (pic) are genetic women.
