Bandidas (2006)

This is an action/comedy that takes place in Old Mexico. Salma playes the daughter of a rich Mexican banker who has returned from school in Spain. Penelope plays the daughter of a peasant farmer. Both of their fathers are killed by the henchman for a New York bank that does a land grab. To seek revenge both women try to rob the same bank at the same time and decide to join forces. Quentin joins the women in their quest to help the people of Mexico from the land raiders.

Transgender content is during the opening credits, Detective Quentin is a young criminologist who is educated in the new scientific methods. He is lecturing at a crime scene re-enactment and reveals that the dead woman was really a man.

To a lesser extent, Salma and Penelope must don more practical attire as gunfighters and bandits.
