Belly of the Beast (2003)

Steve Seagal plays a former CIA man who goes to Thailand to rescue two girls who have been taken hostage. Seagal is far too overweight to be plausible, and most of the plot devices are just laughable; the stunt sequences are the most effective part of the film.

One of the baddies is a woman, Here we are introduced to Leena, the female baddie who takes care of the dirty business. At least we think that she is female, until near the end of the film when she fights Seagal's character... in heels.

After Seagal has thrown her, painfully, I would have thought, down on to table, she decides to remove her bra and show a male chest -- gasp!

Jen has noticed that during the action scene that immediately follows, she has somehow got her boobs back.
