Back Woods (2001)

An ultra-low budget film with some resemblances to the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. An obese woman, played by Jim Edberg, is raped, and thirty years later, gives birth to Luther. Luther is born as an obese adult, with a beard and wearing shorts, and socks and shoes at the moment of birth.

When his Mother is run over and killed, Luther puts on her dress (and wig?) and conducts a vendetta against anyone he can find on the road.

This is one to avoid, really.
