Black Lizard (1968, Japan)

Famous Japanese crossdresser Akihiro Maruyama masquerades as "The Black Lizard", a lady jewel thief with a love of wigs and disguises. Gory highlights include a death couch, a severed hand, decapitated heads and some great 60's freak-out scenes. Director Kinji Fukasaku.

The Japanese title is Kurotokage.
