The Basketball Diaries (1995)

Biographical film about the descent into self-destruction of Jim Carroll, an American basketball player.

Near the end of the film there is a transvestite in the men's lavatory. It serves nothing except to emphasise the sordid nature of the goings on, and (thankfully) it is very brief).
