Baby Geniuses (1999)

Spoof film about a massive experiment to determine if children can be made to be cleverer than normal by a controlled upbringing. It seems to work, and the toddlers get up to various tricks; one escapes from the clinic and is trying to escape from pursuers. He persuades a little girl to swap clothes with him so that he can make good his escape.
