The Actors (2003, Ireland)

Caine dresses as the woman to collect the money Weak, boring and self indulgent film with Michael Caine as a failed small time actor. When he and his friend hear that an acquaintance is going to make a big gangland payment to a person he has not yet met, they decide to collect the money themselves. Eventually this involves Caine in female disguise; pretty unconvincing I would say.
