All of Me (1984)

Steve Martin plays Roger and Lily Tomlin is Edwina; Edwina is dying and her soul is accidentally placed in Roger's body, which they now share. They don't get on so she makes life difficult for him. A bit silly really, with the two halves of his body being unco-ordinated.
