All American Co-ed (1941)

Bob Sheppard doing his act on stage The Zeta fraternity at Quinceton College seem to have fun performing a drag song and dance act at a college vaudeville performance. Meanwhile the stuffy lady principal of a rival girls' college, Mar Brynn, is bemoaning falling attendances but resisting modern immoral behaviour. She is persuaded to offer twelve scholarships, and her advertisement is an obvious spoiler for Quinceton, so the Zeta boys decide that one of them -- Bob Sheppard, a boxing champion -- should apply for one of the girls' scholarships to teach her a lesson.

At the railway station Sheppard goes reluctantly, but amorous entanglements and complications follow swiftly. It's an entertaining fun film.
