Ali Baba Goes to Town (1937)

Apart from the hairy wrist, I think that Eddie Cantor makes quite a good woman in this musical comedy.

Eddie Cantor is a homeless man who wanders on to a cinema set. He dreams that he is actually the sultan in old Baghdad, and he establishes new laws for the protection of the people.
